As the title says is it possible to edit hex colors of various theme parts using a root tweak or custom rom, etc? I am preferably looking for a root tweak/app etc. rather than a new rom, as you know samsung doesnt allow everybody to create themes and it seems those around here are stubborn to accept custom requests even when offered to be paid for. Hope there are options for this.
