Customize emergency call number

Hey i m currently using a custom ROM (omni).. Is it possible for me to customize my emergency number on the lock screen to a user defined number like my mothers number???

My phone is always locked with pattern. I was just thinking if i something happens to me
And people need to contact my family, they wont be able to bcoz of my lock. Instead theyll be able to call my emergency number

Do you have ice numbers under groups under contacts? I don't....

Check this page out. It was the first one that came up when i punched it into Google. It talks about ice number list down towards the bottom

I also dont have ici numbers. But That features does exist in stock 4.1.2 version of other samsung phones( saw it on a friends phone)
