Hello people!
I proudly present FunkyROM v2.0 for the Nokia Lumia 800!

But first of all:
I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who made this rom possible!

No sorry, as i don't have a Lumia 710, i won't build a rom for it. Btw, there are excellent custom roms for the 710 available

Update to 8860 and 8862 successful

Hi there,

just a quick information:

I successfully updated to the Microsoft OS Updates 8860 and 8862 via Zune.
Unlock is still ok, also the qualcomm bootloader was not overwritten

I can confirm everything is ok, the live tiles bug is fixed and we have a perfect WP7.8 ROM for our L800 !

1. turn off your phone
2. push VOL-UP + Power til you feel a short vibration
3. connect your phone to your pc

if your phone is qualcomm, a message of formatting the mass storage drive shows up. DO NOT DO THAT. If you format, your phone is bricked.

It's a beautiful ROM, I'm on v1.0 8862
You could update WPH Tweaks to 1.6

Hi man, has tested this rom for almost 24 hs, stable and fast, cool, nice work!

some suggestions:
1. selected themes next time, the default custom blue is too dark, you cant see anything when reading msg, etc.
2. try to lite the rom. remove unnecessary apps, such like color theme xap, tweak app, tile clock, usb video output... can be found in barzaa and easy downloaded.
3. remove maps if possible, really hard to use.

I cooked this rom the way i liked it, what i am using and what i don't want to install new after every flash
That's why there are so many applications cooked in

But of course, thank you for your feedback, i think i'll cook a totally stripped down rom in the next days, which will only include the most neccessary stuff like wmdc and full unlock.

Diagnostic Tools (##634#) doesn't work :/
And update your signature

It would be cool if you could make a lite version of Funky.
You could just install Root Manager, Xap Deployer and eventually SearchKey (because my version is not working and your is best).
I don't like Funky v2 because of these apps.
