... going on with testing. Just BackUp, after that I do a full wipe and try to restore ...

Great! Thx man!
Did a backup, rebootet phone normal, then reboot in recovery. Format /system /data /cache - all ok - and after that a restore. Phone starts up and fully working.

/edit
Only the date from the backup is wrong. Is showing 12.01.1970 and also that's the name of the folder. But that doesn't matter.

installing cm 10.1 still gives errors or freezes where it says "installing..." so i just keep attempting to install it and it eventually works. good to hear that back up works

Just flashed and everything worked fine but when I enter recovery it says:
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/command
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log

How can I fix it?

Notice that TWRP 2.5 behaves exactly the same. What is unpleasant, is that upon restoring, you find yourself with plenty of 1970s!
