Yes it's working good and you can see that it comes with hungarian but you can change it in the fist setup page.
+1 for hungarian dev who made this rom!!

I have done installing the ROM.
I faced a huge problem: WIFI refused to turn on.
I tried to re-flash it several times and re-downloading the rom several times too.
Everytime FULL WIPE, but still no luck.

In the end this came to my rescue: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2364980
I flashed the Custom Kernal provided in there and everything work like a charm now!
Definitely more butter smooth than any default pre-rooted rom!

I flashed the kernel that is in Arco's instructions for root and everything seems to be working fine - is that what you mean?

Not exactly. I mean that you don't need Arco's kernel. ROM is already rooted and should work without any other additional stuff.
Except the case when you once flashed XXUBMJ7 stock firmware with Knox bootloader. In this case my ROM will not work.

Ah thx, I'm actually still on CP: XXUAMH1 / AP: XXUAMJ1 / CSC: XXAMI2 (don't really know the difference but there's no BMJ7). Everything works fine

If you accept from me a friendly advice, You will never install stock XXUBMJ7 and newer firmware

This ROM will not work on i9190.
You can't even flash it, because the updater-script will fail in CWM/TWRP on your i9190
