CWM Doesn't see my Ext SD Card?

Not sure if I'm posting in the correct place I'm attempting to Flash the Synergy Rom and with CWM it doesnt see my Ext SD Card when i'm in recovery. So I went ahead and installed the zip to the main and I'm able to install it from there. Is there something that I'm missing?

CWM will only see fat32 formatted ext sd cards.

If you got a large card it is most likely formatted with ExFat which is not compatible with any custom recovery.
