Hi,

I accidentally chose option to partition sd card in cwm.
Now when I factory reset in CWM I always get the following error:

E:format_volume: make_extf4fs failed on /dev/blo
ck/mmcblk0p2

Is there any way to get rid of this error?
I mean, there's something in CWM's config that thinks there's an ext partition on my SD.
I already completely formatted my sd in Windows, flashed stock 1.45 rom, then reinstalled everything (CWM, data on sd etc) and I still get the error!

It's driving me nuts!

Doing a factory reset doesn't touch the removable SD card only the internal memory. Try unmounting and formatting the internal memory and see if that works.
Scratch that. I just looked in settings and realized formatting the internal memory isn't an option on the Sensation. Factory resets still don't touch the SD card though.

Thankz for the suggestion, downloaded the app but it only shows a Fat32 partition full size
If you have Windows XP installation disk, boot from it and plug in the sd card to your pc.
Delete the partition if you find it. By going to it and pressing D on your keyboard.
You may try deleting all the partitions on your sdcard and re-create them from the windows xp disk and try again.

Well I took a new sd card, lowlevel formatted single fat32 partition.
Chose factory reset in CWM and still get the error
It must be something in CWM, not sd card related.

Thankz for all your help :)
