Rom is running slick.

Just had one quick question.

Where has all the pretty transparent dialer and messages gone?

too much transparency asks too much resources from the system thus makin it unstable after a while.
This ROM will stay fresh

completely new rom
just flash no wipe via romcustomizer/rom settings /rom config when you allready run v2

i really really love the Alliance ROM, but i wanted Jellybean to much so i am right now on AOKP until the Alliance ROM reaches JellyBean.

Official JB wil be out sometime at the end of nov or early dec..hopefully robbie could give something before xmas if sammobile delivers official rom on time!

Installation query

Hello everyone, having never tried any of the AllianceROM custom Ice Cream Sandwich firmwares, I realised, I must do so now!

I intend on trying every version of the AllianceROM.
:silly:

Currently, I have Chrack ROM v16 running on my device. Hence, I was wondering if it was alright to flash the AllianceROM v1 firmware and a safe custom Ice Cream Sandwich kernel via ClockworkMod recovery, or is it absolutely compulsory to follow the installation guide mentioned in post #4 of this thread?

The primary ics release was a bit buggy and risky to flash.
Just try my latest ICS build. This will bring you a ensured safe flash (with full wipe) and bring all mods.
