Edit 1:tested some things and found some thing interesting.
If u try to flash CM9 (By following the format system steps and reboot recover) touch wont work until u flash cm9 or some other rom but volume buttons do work so u can still flash rom old style.

and one more strange thing happened i flashed the recovery and did permission fix and phone start behaving abnormally (screen turn on and off on its on and white notification light blinks) CM7 weekly # 4

other then that all is well (until i find out more problems OFC)

Edit 2: just came from CM9 to CM7 latest weekly and i was unable to boot into recovery
i did
fastboot erase boot
fastboot erase system
fastboot erase webtop
fastboot erase userdata
fastboot erase cache

and on next boot i was unable to boot into recovery (battery pull) so i flashed back to normal recovery and booted just fine and after that all is back to normal, i think this recovery tries to find touch drivers in boot and if unable to find them then problems comes.

Edit 2: just came from CM9 to CM7 latest weekly and i was unable to boot into recovery
i did
fastboot erase boot
fastboot erase system
fastboot erase webtop
fastboot erase userdata
fastboot erase cache

Same experience doing a full wipe to flash a new ROM. Had to fastboot flash a regular recovery as I got stuck at boot.

Working great on Neutrino Rom (although not affect to Rom anyway...), only feel too sensitive to touch ~~

Just a heads up for everyone, nandroid backups made on other recoveries work fine with this. I had an issue of speed with this recovery though. Was taking twice as long to do anything.
