Wifi problems

Gave these a try on the 4.3 DItto Note3 ROM, worked perfectly but the Wifi just wouldn't turn on.Any way to fix that? Just would love to get it to work.

I whant to change the effect of the home page (the transitions of one page to another)..

The stock TouchWiz have an "internal cube" effect.... I just whant it to be flat..

How can I do this my friend?
