This is the official Nightly Build of CM11.0 for the AT&T HTC One.

Installation Instructions

1. You must unlock your bootloader via htcdev.com (unless ofc you are on the dev edition)
2. You must have a custom recovery installed
3. Go to http://get.cm/?device=m7 and download the latest CM11.0 nightly.
4. Locate 4.4 Gapps via a quick Google search.
5. Fully wipe your device from Recovery if you are not coming from CM11.0 already.
6. Reboot into recovery and install.

@h8rift Do you have any idea what has changed since yesterday, I repo sync'd this morning attempted to build but ran across the error below? I also downloaded your build and will provide logs for any issues I run across.

Verified I just installed my own m7att build with all the latest merges and a few cherry-picks and MMS and SMS are working.

So far so good :thumbup:
4.3gapps Google services is a battery hog! Hopefully once this bakes it it will calm down.
Can't live without G-now.
Proximity seems hit or miss with phone.apk.... Minor nuisance.
Happy to provide logcat if needed. Superb work!

On CM10.1 I used the built in CM updater under about phone. Can I do this on CM10.2 yet or will we have to wait on official nightlys before I can do that again?

I think you might need to do a full wipe and then flash the ROM and gapps just to be safe
