My WiFi keeps going to sleep when the phone's screen is off for about half a hour even though I have set the option to keep it always on. I'm using the latest nightly. Is this a problem from CM or it's just me?

Sent from my GT-I9195 using XDA Free mobile app
I have the same problem with the latest nightly (23-10)
Wifi keeps going into sleep and thus I get my messages if I wake up my phone...

Check your wifi settings for Keep wifi on during sleep, it should be always. If it is on always now, switch to something else and then switch it back to always.

It does not make a change and it's already on "always"...
Issues like this usually get more than 2 people reporting it, or maybe people have switched to 5.0 already. I'm certain that arco will fix it when he has the time to fix it.

Few questions that need answering:

1. Are you using ART? Any mods? Xposed? Custom kernels?
2. Have you tried wiping caches from recovery?
3. Have you tried downloading the full rom with PC and then move it to phone and flash it?
4. Have you tried full wipe?
5. Are you using the gapps linked in the first post? From itvends.com/gapps?

Report back again if you can answer these questions like this:

1. No.
2. Yes.
3. Yes.
4. Yes.
5. Yes.

Adding this issue to first post anyhow.

I've updated to the current nightly (20141126). Before I had 20141007 installed.
In the new nightly I miss one function, which was very nice for me: -> Screen wakeup only if proximity sensor is not covered
Or am I just to stupid to find this option

No idea where that is located in the settings. But since you updated a 1,5month worth of nightlies in a single flash, try wiping both caches from the recovery.

Setting -> Display -> Prevent accident wake-up

Fresh install of latest nightly with latest PA gapps.
I keep getting FCs with chrome browser.
No exposed, no mod, no custom kernel
Tried dalvik and art.
Edit: I also wiped cache and dalvik cache but with no success, still crashing.

Same here... I even flashed cm11 without gapps, and chome is still crashing...

It works perfectly on stock touchwiz, so the problem is somewhere in cm.
It's a chrome issue. Check chrome's reviews on play market for example.
And it's not the first time to have this issue.
