Just installed M12 over the cm-11-20141110-NIGHTLY and against all the odds everything worked flawlessly and seamlessly. I did backed up all user data and apps, no need to restore them.
But your mileage may vary, I don't know what I've done in the past (I also upgraded MODEM for instance).
Do it on your own risk...
No, you don't. You can flash M12 over M11 without any problem. I always did that. But always do a backup in recovery, if anything goes wrong you can get back.Hey Guys,
I am pretty sure of what the answer is but Do I need to Wipe data, cache and stuff to upgrade CM11 from Snapshot M11 to Snapshot M12 ? (Moreover if I use the intgrated CM update tool)

CM12 or CM11 M12?Just updated to CM12.
Due to low power audio encoding issues with f4k's f4ktion kernel, I decided to stick with CM original kernel for a while.
What are your governor recommendations for the best battery life?

Shortly after updating to M11, I encrypted my phone (i9195). Now I would like to update to M12 but don't know how.
I found a number of guides via googling, but those guides don't seem applicable because the S4 Mini isn't supported by TWRP.
Can somebody here point me in the right direction?
