Ahhh scratch that, updated to today's nightly and profiles now have an override feature that fixes this issueI don't know if anyone else is having the same issue or if I am missing something obvious ...

Ah nice that it got fixed for you, I'm using tasker for it myself.
the battery life it's really bad. from 100% to 10% only 6 hours I can't go through the day with this.

don't boot on battery in the first place if not necessary, media scanner will run each time and can use up to 5% in the 1st 5 minutes and the rest depends on usage and eventual wakelocks paired with wifi and cell signal strength being low. since you did not provide any information i can only guess. what i can tell for certain is that my note 2 is consuming between 1.5 and 3% in 8 to 10 hours in idle so it's not the rom and not the kernel since i'm on cm kernel with this device. conclusion and no matter whether believed or not, any bet that the problem lays in the config and the environment or a combo of all that.

a) boot on battery means booting the device while on battery as opposed to plugged to a charger, thus not on a charger
b) medie scanner does not have to be "fixed" because it's normal behavior fully intentional. only thing you could try is an xposed module with the name "xposed media scanner optimizer"
c) use an app with the name "wakelock detector" and start taming the wakelocks with the combo of: greenify, tasker and amplify, whil greenify and amplify need xposed to if you want to get the most out of greenify while amplify is a xposed only module.
Reboot always when put to charge

In about 2 days to come here my phone restarting every time I put to charge, outside the charger it works normal, but when put to charge it enters the battery screen. Someone else with this problem? Seriously, this problem is annoying, because I always play with it charging, now I can not anymore.

Any one have the problem that when changing scroll animation of app drawer or launcher and gets force close ??!!
Even though I enabled them in the settings they do not work properly, I receive for example a message when my screen is off, turns on for a split second then it shuts down, no blinking no nothing.... (N7100) had CM M11 stable, clean installed.

Unfortunately I experienced the same. I configured the rom with all that i need but this bug is present always. I try hard also the DU8.1 that have more settings. Is an amazing rom. Better for setting also of cyanogenmodX, but have the same issue of notification led's light.
I really have no idea why this simple bug still exist after so many nightly in CM11.
Of course mine is not a complain but just a communication.
The only major thing holding me back from CM... also I got screen wake lag for about a good second or slightly more... many things to consider next time when buying a phone.

Has Anyone Found A Fix For The Poor Sound Quality In Cyanogenmod. Volume Is Kinda Low Compared To Stock & Horrible Distortion When Playing Music. DSP Manger Does Little To Nothing & Viper4android Kinda Helps But Still Has The Bass Distortion.

rom side all is well, some have problems with their specific config ( userspace ) but not rom-related.
only thing i remember is bluetooth music streaming having disconnects with phone audio activated but that has been around from day one and did not test for 2 months now. further could be bluetooth headset related to a certain degree ( software level ) i'm using this rom on 5 of 7 devices and have no issues other than the one mentioned which might as well have been solved in the mean time
adding perhaps that i'm a intense user, camera, tethering, bluetooth and wired music streaming, browsing, navigation and the likes, so it's very unlikely there are rom related issues which i'd not be aware of. further to mention that
i'm on rom kernel, no custom kernel on n7100, while on other devices i have custom kernels in use, ( see signature for more info )
