Cyanogenmod 11 themes not installing

hi, I'm running the nightlys build of CM11, I've downloaded a couple of themes from XDA and then tried to install them and it goes through the installing and at the end it says "not installed".
I also tried installing themes from the google play store and it came up with error 401. I tried googleing it but that didn't get me any where.

I tried this a few months ago and no issues at all.
