CyanogenMod 7 and call waiting

i have nightly, i am having problem with call waiting, if i m on call, and someone else calls, my phone doesnt show,

i even tried to use the cyanogenmod 7 alpha version with the same thing.

any advise

I am using the alpha 3 and call waiting is working for me. Is the call waiting option check. Menu*settings*call settings*additional settings
