On att lg g4, use Awesome player and it works with Spotify. I don't think Spotify and nuplayer play nice.

6.0 Marshmallow

Worked just fine with LG G4 h815 5.1 lollipop,after updating to 6.0 marshmallow this eq doesnt activate when I change track with Spotify..weird and sucks ass.
