CyanogenMod Device Tree?

Hello,
has anyone started developing CyanogenMod for the i9305 LTE?
I am getting that Device as I am getting that Device and if I dont like Samsung Stock Rom I want to get rid of that.

Because the Galaxy S3 i9300 Version of CyanogenMod does not work on our Phones... I dont think it is much work to get it running.

yes i have started cm10.1 dev, but i dont have my sources up on git yet,,well i dont know how to put them up on git lol

Really? When github Account and you create a Repository... you get a cheatsheet on how to push to git!

I have also some exp. on creating Device Trees for Android Devices, but I am working on a diffrent Device Projekt for now.
