In the end this is pseudo proprietary code. Vernee has released their complete sources and several other companies as well, so this code is an open secret now. I mean, what should MTK do? Sue you for publishing "proprietary" code that are openly available in the internet?

Theres licensing issues, furthermore it's not "his" changes
everything there is just wrong...

Go back in time and check where did CyanogenMod for Mediatek actually started ..
and who's members made the huge jump ...to actually have an useable CyanogenMod ...

No, we can't. Maybe I could, if I were living in Russia. In Germany it's not allowed.

How we got it? Like everyone else. Someone has leaked the copyrighted source code. We checked logs, compared sources and fixed it. You can do this as well.
But stop trying to force someone to do something illegal just because of you have no idea how to fix things yourself

No one from the M.A.D. team posted any patch links..
I released all my changes which I did over the years for mt6592. I tried to recode the most of it to not use any proprietary, copyrighted code. And as far as I can remember only copyrighted headers were left. But I don't see them as a problem.
