CyanogenMod ROM and per contact ringtones

Hi,

I set custom ringtones for my contacts and contact groups, but always only the default ringtone rings. If I check the contact preferences, the cusom ring tone is associated. But it is ignored. What might be wrong? Does it work for you?

My ROM is CM 7.1 RC1.

i had the same problem and asked in the cm7 thread..install the nightly build updates it fixes that problem

The other thing I found worked was to place all your custom ringtones onto the phone memory, rather than keeping them on the SDcard (using rootexplorer or whatever). Then it didn't seem to skip over them.
