Wait, in other thread people complain about non-working sensors both aosp 5,1 and 6,0. So how does everything work "pretty much stable"?Everything is pretty much stable. 4G LTE should work. Games perform very good.
Good question. I would like to know as well.Wait, in other thread people complain about non-working sensors both aosp 5,1 and 6,0. So how does everything work "pretty much stable"?
.img files need to be flashed with fastboot. Flashing via Recovery (e.g. TWRP) needs .zip files, which can contain .img files as well, but also need a script, hence the errors you got I think.ok ok.... so first of all when i complained about the sensors nfc and all the good stuff not working it was not working indeed but i did install all the .img files with fastboot....... i now see the guy earlier in this thread wrote to do it by recovery which i now tested and it says: E: Could not find META-INF/com/google/android/update-binary in the zip file. when trying to flash the fxp 5.1 AOSP.
So now i really dont know, could the fastboot destroy some stuff that wasnt working in my case? And how did the guy who said it was working fine get it to flash from recovery? I tried 4 times with reboots in between and same stuff happens. Really weird...
Ah i see... yes there is no script in the zip only the .img files so i just flashed them with fastboot.img files need to be flashed with fastboot. Flashing via Recovery (e.g. TWRP) needs .zip files, which can contain .img files as well, but also need a script, hence the errors you got I think.
So did you flash a custom rom? How does it work, sensors....?Ah i see... yes there is no script in the zip only the .img files so i just flashed them with fastboot
i was the one who originally complained about nfc sensors and rotation not working and as i reflashed it atleast a few times (the fxp 5.1 and 6.0 that someone here on XDA made) i see no point in trying again with the same files. If and when they update something if someone wants me to test i can do that no problem. So did you flash a custom rom? How does it work, sensors....?
