V4
-->Updated for Lollipop (19.3.A.0.470)
-->Dual Recovery (TWRP & CWM)
echo 0 > /sys/kernel/security/sony_ric/enable
setenforce 0
tnx bro, i hope you ll soon bring us cm12Hi guys,
Changelog for V4:-
You now directly flash supersu via recovery. Writing to /system is still restricted for now. The following steps can be followed to disable ric :-Code:V4 -->Updated for Lollipop (19.3.A.0.470) -->Dual Recovery (TWRP & CWM)
1. Create a file called ric.sh on your storage. Open it and add this line -
2. Download SManager from playstore and click on ric.sh in the file browser. Choose the SU and boot icons and click on save.Code:echo 0 > /sys/kernel/security/sony_ric/enable
3. SManager will now run the script at boot so you can write to /system without any problems.
Enjoy![]()
Yes. I am working on it. Syncing stuff right now.tnx bro, i hope you ll soon bring us cm12![]()
RIC is a real pain. I feel that the best idea would be to simply disable it from the kernel config. We will have to wait for the kernel sources for that. In the mean time, for locked bootloader guys, you can use the script and SManager as written above. The xzdualrecovery needs to be altered a bit to work on lollipop. @[NUT] - In case you plan on updating xzdual recovery for tianchi, please do have a look at this - https://github.com/abcdjdj/ramdisk_tianchi/commit/281b624dfdf9ce0bb290c83d64f507b9aa0566d5Really great work bro...
