How come my Wifi and 3g bars arent blue, installed Dark Theme and ICS blue status bar and nothing.

A newby question but how to replace the (Glass version) framework-res.apk on P6800?
try it and didnt work,Thinking im doing it wrong...
have searched before posting but only find on other colour themes need zip on sd card and flash update
via cwm..

Tried both just clicking and installing it and using cwm..

You must have to replace framework-res.apk in /system/framework by downloaded file with root explorer or another file manager, put the folder in read/write permission before and eventually backup original framework apk (rename it in framework-res.apk.bak).
