Hello saady002000. I described the problem with the white screen in this forum thread. It is difficult to do anything on a white screen. Therefore, the best solution is to connect via HDMI to a TV or some monitor and then the correct image will appear on its screen. (this was the case in my case). When you have an image on the TV screen, you can easily update to older versions of the system or MCU software by clicking or sliding your finger on the white screen of the radio. It is also a good idea to perform a factory reset of the radio. Regards.

Hello . Since there is a picture on the TV, the radio is good, only some radio display driver is wrong. It happens when we upload the wrong software for a given radio model. On this forum page 10 entry # 196 I described how I got rid of this white spot. Some users managed to fix this via screen13. When updating MCU to pendrive you need to put two files. dmcu.img and dmcu.ext from screen13. Read this forum thread from my post # 196. Check in the settings what your radio parameters are. If you have px6, rk3399, 1280X720 then this attached dmcu.ext file will be the right one. However, the decision to upload is yours.

I had the same problem. To solve it, I had to connect the radio via HDMI to the TV. I have described and posted photos in this thread on the previous page. When the image is displayed correctly on the TV, you can enter the hcttest253 code correctly. After entering this code and confirming it, this stain will not disappear immediately, it took me over half an hour. Leave the radio running and wait for the correct image to appear. However, start the repair with a factory reset. Greetings.
where exactly and how to enter this code i opened car setting but do not know where or how to write it?
sorry i am not expert in that but can you send more details

Now this white spot will disappear by itself as the radio is on for a longer time. And the code is entered by going to Settings> Vehicle> Factory settings and here you enter this code and accept it, but it probably is not needed anymore.

Hi friends,
First of all thanks to all for ideas and support.
I am writing this post to tell you briefly about my experience with my Dasaita max10 px6 android 10 unite update.
I tried to update this rom via USB, added only Update zip file and MCU file.
Then unit hang up and gave a white screen.
Tried to update again but could not because cannot see.
Then tried factory reset from reset button but again only white screen.
I contacted dasaita team the provided me last update zip file qnd mcu file as well.

Android 10 Update MAX10 Version:HA3_rk3399_10.0_ota(20210722) https://www.dropbox.com/s/kaazivfzcef9wb6/HA3_rk3399_10.0_ota(20210722)升级包.zip?dl=0 MCU : 3.78 https://www.dropbox.com/s/3hd3ci3rp07ddnt/dmcu.img?dl=0

but still white screen is problem
After that friends her advised to connect to TV via HDMI and use both MCU and DMCU.ext files along with Update zip file all on same formated USB.
Thanks God. This time worked and screen was white at beginging then started to go normal after while.
I did not wait much and applied factory reset and then updated only MCU file which Dasaita team prividee and it was good.
Now it become perfect.
Photos attached for almost all stages.
Again thanks to all here.

Because my car has no canbus and only one set of steering wheel controls works.
Key1 not working but key 2 works.
I tried to use ASWC-1 but did not work then just programed one set if keys for audio controls.
I ll try to find solution for this issue one more time.
iF any ideas please share.

Hello gentlemen, I just managed to get my 1920x720 dasaita equipment on a monitor, I put an MTC that was not yours and it gave me an error on the screen (see photo)
when connecting to an external display via HDMI.
I was able to change it thanks to a post from a fellow member of the forum, I started with a resolution of 600 and I changed thanks to you with the files dmcu.img and dmcu.ext.
The screen is still blank, I am attaching photos I don't know what to do to fix it, and I've seen something around here, enter a code instead of 126,
If you can tell me what it is or some step to make the screen well, thank you.

Hello. Since you have an image on the monitor, and the radio display does not have it, start by restoring the factory settings of the radio. What's that 1920x720 resolution?

Updating the MCU is not necessarily pointless. However it's not always recommended as it's usually unknown what the update is supposed to fix. But somebody's gotta try it I suppose.

A lot of times the updates can break more than they fix so unless you know the update specifically fixes an issue you're experiencing, updating is not always recommended.

Regardless, thank you @wwwryan for reporting your experience after the update. Sharing the findings can help others.

    Hello everybody,
Here are the latest updates for Dasaita HU, Android 10, as of 12/18/2020.
    Merry Christmas !!!
1.Here the latest link with Android 10.0 system and updates:
    PX6 android 10 (1113)
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rO-wBK8rvVZsXT_5IjN3MyuMY00utZZX/view?usp=sharing

Please download, You need to unzip the "HA2-rk3399" file and then ONLY put the file named "update.zip" to the USB stick (format the USB firstly).
Finally, click the setting > system > system updates to update it.
2.Here the latest link with MCU and updates
    V 3.67
    https://www.sendspace.com/file/u17fk5

Please download then ONLY put the file named "dmcu" to the USB (format the USB firstly).
Otherwise, the car radio can't find the file to update.
Finally, click the setting > system > MCU update to update it.
Hope the update can help you fix the issue.

Notice: There can only be one update file in the USB stick or SD card when you update the system or MCU.

I don't want to invest any more money. I find the delay function quite good. But I did the update because of the problem with the reversing signal. Dasaita says you can not downgrade the device. Is this true?
I am now afraid that the device will not work after the downgrade.
Is it possible to reload the current software and MCU via the recovery mode at any time?
I also wonder if the delay function is implemented in the MCU or in the software.
I would think it is implemented in the MCU but enabled/disabled in the amplifier app. They just chose to remove that functionality so as to incrementally cripple the head unit. This is done so that those who update the firmware on every release will lose something to "gain" something else or just lose all the way around. They progressively cripple these head units in such ways to make you feel like the unit is worthless in a couple years to the point that you'll end up buying the next big thing or throwing it out for "another brand" which in many cases is really the same brand just presented under a different name. Then the cripple cycle with that unit starts.
