With this version, ZLink still crashes when going to Settings. But it still works smoothly, so no issues for me besides that

Try to clear cache, force close and run back zLink app, if nothing change maybe you need to Wipe Data to refesh everything.
My PX6 running smoothly, zlink auto run everytime when i start my car. The best update for me

Already did both those steps unfortunately. Still crashes any time I go into settings. App itself works fine and auto starts for me too, it's only settings that's broken.

Based on the pictures you posted earlier, you do not have a Dasaita unit. You can tell because your MTCE version is MX and not HA. Expect problems if you install the MCU update they sent you which is for HA (Dasaita) and not MX. You can probably install the other one they sent you since that is the actual system update and those tend to be less picky.

This thread is for discussing Dasaita (HA) updates to Dasaita units, and if you want to discuss MCU updates for your MX unit you should find a thread for that or create one if there isn't one already.

Are you on A10 and down grading to A9?

Should be possible if you are on the same android version otherwise to move between A8, A9 and A10 you will need to use a tool like Mod Installer Pro 2 from @Hal9k_ to get the appropriate Android recovery version then apply the respective Ax update.zip.

You seem to have a pretty recent MCU firmware (Jun 2020) which is later than the ones available on the Yandex site below. Reminder if your MCU is MTCE_MX you can only use MTCE_MX updates.

You also seem to be running HCT2 Android 10 build from Jun 2020 which from the link below shows there is a later update in Aug 2020 (RockChip PX5 Android 10\HCT folder) if you want to try.

But is is telling me that I cannot install an older image over a newer image as shown in the screenshot. I tried from the SD card and USB, but still the same message.

If not, is there a way I can reset the unit and install HA3_rk3399_10.0_ota(20200706)

Suggest OTG, use Android 10 .IMG and then flash your 10 OTA from recovery. No mod installer required
