Data Plan issue

Guys has this happened to anyone? I still have my G1 unlimited data plan which is capped at 5gb a month. I have had this on the g1, then the nexus one and the sensation and its worked fine. Last month I got a extra data usage charge of 50 bucks. I called and got it removed, this month same thing. They are claiming that the g1 plan isnt compatible with the sensation? and i have to pay 30 a month now to get the 5gb plan?? I hung up on the guy didn't wanna argue. Has this happened to anyone?

The offer a $20 for 5 gig plan for longtime users - you just have to ask for it.

i been a user since 01 and he said 29.99 all i could get.

You have to call and talk to retentions ask for the Android preferred data plan.

wow the guy on the line couldnt do it soon as i asked for retention and asked what u said. That worked now im saving 5 a month

It should only be 20 a month for the android preferred data plan. But im glad it worked out

yea he was able to save 15 a month for me.

5 for mine
5 for my wife and an extra 5 for my minutes.

so now im saving 15 a month! thanks guys
