Does anyone know how to turn off the data usage warning? I went into settings and turned it off but it keeps showing in my notification :banghead:
Any help would be appreciated

I am running the new ics update.

Did you try rebooting your phone after disabling Set mobile data limit? If that doesn't resolve the issue, I suppose you could adjust the orange warning and red limit indicators in the setting page to higher values.

In normal usage, the notification won't disappear until you reach the beginning of the next billing cycle, as you defined it in the Data Usage settings.

Simple

System Settings> Data Usage> Pick the horizontal bar which determines the monthly limit and raise it to a max you know youll never reach like 5 or 6 GB. I'ts the orange bar ; ) you can move it to whatever limit you want to set

When setting the mobile data limit, it's maximum value can only be 100gb for the warning and limit. As I continually exceed 100 GB constantly, this warning is rather annoying.

On a serious answer though...i personally don't know of a work around to the annoying warning. Sorry.

So, back to the question.
how to stop those warnings?
I believe those warnings came up when I set the data usage limits of the apps to 0. I dont want them connect anytime and spy on me.
But I dont want those warnings every minute either.

no no :D , just a few useful apps. And actually blocked some factory apps, like whassup etc. They unnecessarily start up, and connect to the internet even if I am not using... I mean not unnecessarily, they are set to do it purposely.
