Data usage warning won't go away

So, I found that after root, updating to Clockworkmod Recovery, and installing a different ROM, like CyanogenMod 10.0, that I no longer have to deal with that stupid data screen... So far, that's been my only fix.

When setting the mobile data limit, it's maximum value can only be 100gb for the warning and limit. As I continually exceed 100 GB constantly, this warning is rather annoying.

whenever my data usage increase the 100GB i just change my data cycle starting from yesterday, it always works.
