Got my DBrand Dragon skin tonight for the back and camera. So far I'm really liking the added texture to the naked phone, which I had a slim case on to protect the back glass and sides until now. The placement of the fingerprint sensor doesn't bother me, but it does help the blind feeling out of where the sensor is on the back (given that I've only had the phone a little over a week now).

I also got the black matte to get free shipping and feels much more slick compared to the dragon skin version.

I emailed dbrand about the green carbon fiber skins and they said to watch their Twitter feed for updates in the coming weeks.

Anybody else thinking about getting their grip case coming out in 2 days? I could use it at work but I'm not sure how hard it'll be to get out of my pocket. Also, if it's a lint magnet I'm out.

I got black leather and love it. It still fits in my otterbox symmetry case but go caseless with a edge to edge iq shield. It feels like part of the phone. Will it be hard to remove when trading the phone in?

Not hard at all, (I've had it on my 6P, S7Edge, Pixel Xl, and Note8. Easy peel and pretty much no residue

Has anyone had a significant drop of their phone with a skin and tempered glass installed? I am thinking about trading my UAG case for a dBrand skin and the whitestone glass. Just curious if the skin protects the back from breaking in an oh-sht-i-just-threw-my-phone-across-the-driveway situation.....Thanks!

I'm thinking..... no. At best look for it to protect from scratches and maybe a 1-2 ft drop. It's scratch protective, not break protective. I'd suggest *not* throwing this or any phone.

dbrand is making a new "grip" case that is minimal and shows off their skin. I can't wait to get one .
