I pasted the url in my browser ... I found myself on Verizon. The responses were the same. Is it some sorry of security breach? Does anyone know?
I just couldn't stop thinking about it. Especially because I left this afternoon. It's now late night and everybody is still talking about the same thing.

It's from in-app purchases trying to use carrier bill pay as the payment method. You will receive this message any time you use your carrier to pay for something that's associated with Google play services

I'm in Edmonton, Alberta on Telus service. I have the Motorola Modular phone and this text also went out from my phone at 1:29 am on February 15th...with a bunch of strange numbers behind it...Y3890K45RCCS5995T992AAMGUNP5BB1R4. Is someone monitoring our phones?
There were 2 outgoing texts one right after the other to #4991.

Like many others it seems, I received a string of letters from 1505 dcb association after choosing the option to bill my T-Mobile. It didn't approve me paying that way.

A friend of mine sent this code to me from het mobile account to my Verizon prepay phobe, but via my second line phonenimbe man app giving a swcondnpbine lone ). Why would this be sent mobile to milobile.? I should add, she is the stalker/hacker type

So right when I got this message... my phone and computer were hacked and they corrupted all of my files and deleted everything I had on both devices after they broadcasted everything to some location.
