I've never been the one making any of these mods. All I ever did was zip them up for easy installation and keep the thread OP organized. That being said, Google made some back end changes that have pretty much nuked this entire project, since we can't modify Google's servers.
There are plenty of devices that will never ever see a jellybean ROM, or even if they do, Google Now is restricted to ARMv7 CPUs, so they'll not be able to use it in the ROM. The problem here is that people simply need to update their devices. I know it's crappy to say it, but someone has to, so it may as well be me. I can't rock and roll with my old HTC Wizard and expect Windows Phone 8 to run on it anymore than I can expect a developer to figure out how to get my $50-100 Chinese phone to run the latest and greatest from Google.
It's not your fault, and it's not mine. It's just the facts. I get that people don't have money and they're trying to do everything they can to save a buck. Times are tough, so I get that. My point in this thread, as it's always been is for people to be happy with what they're given for free. If the current lack of development on this app bothers some people, then they can just go and fix it themselves.
