Dead Pixel?

My clock is returned from the service center, the display was changed.

They have also exchanged the housing.

edit: I had to pay nothing.

Interesting,i have the same problem in exactly same place as you,but its visible only on white background,so i think im not changing them. I will try that stuck pixel app

Hi Guys, Same here... dead pixel discovered today near 1 oclock 1mm from edge...

It is like you, red /pink and ON so more stuck than dead...

Tried the dead pixel fixer for 10 minutes with various color shemes and frequencies with no luck.

So as it is out of warranty I will keep it that way

Unfortunately, I believe this problem will eventually come back for those who did manage to get it replaced. Makes me reconsider getting an LG in the future. Might just have to go with the Huawei watch instead.

Yeah I think this is some kind of hardware design flaw... Something must be wrong with conception of oled display because failing color is always the same and always at same place (top of watch)

Just send it to LG. I already done this,screen (well actually whole body) was replaced,but watch out,you will have wiped out all of the data altogether with AW version. I had hard times to update it to AW 6.0.1,it just refused to. Had to do force update.
