Dead Screen - Knock-Code Bypass?

USB Debugging is enabled, device is rooted. Ordered a new screen, but it's gonna take 2 or 3 weeks to come, and in that time I'm probably gonna have upgraded to the G5 anyway.

Is there any way to get past the Knock-Code I set and recover my photos, etc. to put on my new phone using ADB?

Considering the security issue, I completely understand.

This method however, is simply invaluable! I'll give it a shot. Thanks!
