How To Guide debloat galaxy watch 4

Hope you all good,

First of all, I want to clarify that this is a list with everything that people can remove, it is up to you to choose what to remove from the watch 4, you don't need to remove all apps...

Debloat Galaxy Watch 4​

1. Enable developers mode (skip if it's on):
On the galaxy watch 4,
go to settings -> information about the clock -> software -> click on software version until you see the written developer mode activated...

2. Enabling ADB:
On the galaxy watch 4,
go to developer options and enable adb debugging and debugging via wifi, go back and connect your computer and watch 4 to the same connection...

Now on watch 4 go to wifi settings click on the connection to which it is connected scroll to the bottom and look at the ip address, write it down...

3. Running ADB:
On the computer open adb minimal and write: adb connect (your ip address) and then write: adb shell done this you can choose which apps to keep and which to remove...

This is simply a list of all the things you can remove

Don't forget to turn off ADB on watch when you're done...

Normally it is uninstalled directly via the application menu of samsung wearable

Just got my watch today. Charging it now.

I have debloated all my wear os watches in the past, going to do the same to this one.

Are you all seeing good bit of battery life increase, fluidity or anything major disabling these apps?

I went in and re-installed the system apps that I had uninstalled, and instead just disabled them. I want to try and slim down this watch and make it as non samsung-y as I can.

Thanks for responding. I don't actually get an error. It's almost like it's grayed out. I touch it like any other toggle that works, but nada happens.

I think it's a PEBUAW issue. Problem exists between user and watch. It's automatically turned on when I turn on Debugging.

Is the watch connected currently to the same network? It a different subnet or anything like that?

I have seen this in the past before.

Work is getting in the way of more important things like this - haha. It is connected to the same network. Hope to get a few min later in the day to try this out.

Haha. I understand that issue. I've seen certain networks cause issues with the device being able to be connected via adb.

Do you have the code to enter to delete cute character watchface? I tried a few different combinations based on guessing with no luck. That one is terrible lol.
