Every new phones come with its own list of useless bloated apps. You may root the phone and then, delete those apps but if you can't root or don't want to, you can also use ADB to remove them. They will still be in system folder but they won't run anymore. Here's a guide on how to use ADB Shell: How to Uninstall Carrier/OEM Bloatware Without Root Access (xda-developers.com) and here's my list of apps you can uninstall from the Velvet without any ill effects.

pm uninstall --user 0 com.lge.ime

You may or may not want to remove those but, they are useless for me as I prefer to use alternative apps:
pm uninstall --user 0 com.google.android.agenda
pm uninstall --user 0 com.google.android.gm
pm uninstall --user 0 com.lge.clock
pm uninstall --user 0 com.android.chrome
pm uninstall --user 0 com.android.contacts
I disabled the default phone app because Google Dialer is working perfectly fine and it use less memory

Those are related to Always on display and Second screen, I disabled them because I don't use it:
pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.lge.signboard
pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.lge.signboard.settings
pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.lge.provider.signboard
pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.lge.gallery.aodimagewidget
pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.lge.dualscreenfirmware
pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.lge.dsmanager
pm uninstall --user 0 com.lge.covertools
pm uninstall --user 0 com.lge.secondlauncher

Use this command in case you want to reinstall a previously uninstalled apps:
cmd package install-existing com.packagename.com

Thanks for posting this! The list of apps changes a little with each LG iteration, and it's great to have a safe debloat list specific to the velvet.

Ok, so I kinda screwed up and did this before I set up everything. Now I can't change my phone's accent colour. Any ideas which package I need to re-add to fix that?

Edit: I discovered this after hard resetting my phone, but apparently one of these is now connected to the touch digitizer after last night's update.

Did you figure out which package has to be reinstalled?

Due to time constraints, I haven't fully narrowed it down. But I believe it's a combination of LG's theming system and LG World. But I could be wrong.

Edit: I guess I'm wrong. I just removed

Code:
com.facebook.system
com.facebook.services
com.facebook.appmanager
com.lge.gametuner
com.lge.gamepad
com.lge.gamelauncher

and the issue still exists. Now I'm stumped and have to hard reset again.

Hard reset? I can't get mine to reboot into recovery. Vol down and Power?
I figured it out. Thanks

Something on that first list breaks Android 11. If you restart it hangs after the LG boot screen and nothing happens. You can restart and nothing else and have to reboot into recovery and factory reset to get it sorted.

I appears to be com.lge.gametuner causing the boot issue. I disabled it instead using the command "adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.lge.gametuner". No issues so far, and it has remained disabled after several resets. Will keep an eye on it after the next update.

Just an fyi, a friend of mine (not me(totally me)) uninstalled a bunch of Verizon OEM apps that he thought were bloatware, and now when he tries to use the mobile hotspot it says, "An error has occurred when activating this functionality. Please try again later."
So, yeah, I'll post the solution when I find it in case anyone else is as dumb as my, "friend."
