i cant find this separate list.Hey everyone, figure i start a thread on apps/etc that can be safely disabled, so that we can dial on on removing needless junk from our phones.
I am currently running a Snapdragon S22 Ultra, SM-S908U 512GB (AT&T variant) so my list may vary versus other Snapdragon variants.
LIST BELOW, this is for SnapDragon users. There are some AT&T apps other Snapdragon uses will not have, each carrier has their own bloatware added. I may have missed a few or have a few added you may not have.
If you own a Verizon, T-Mobile, or Unlocked S22 Ultra, please PM me with a list of your running processes and i will attempt to create a minimalist list for each Snapdragon variant.
This is a work in progress; your feedback helps, as does that of any others with more experience or knowledge to share!
Your battery life will differ from mine depending on your preferences.
I have battery saving on, 70% max CPU speed on, 720p, fixed 60hz, 85% max charge, and some other misc tweaks i would be happy to share. I will update this post with all settings maxxed out in a few days (by end of March)
Instructions
Use ADB AppControl for ease of use, and simply create a text file in your ADB AppControl/presets folder and copy these entries and save as txt.
Enable USB debugging on your S22 Ultra
Load up ADB AppControl, on PC, connect S22 Ultra and connect in 'Cable Charging' mode.
Follow instructions to correctly connect your S22 Ultra (easy walkthrough, only needs to be done once)
Once connected properly, hit 'Load Preset' and load the txt file you made
Click dropdown in bottom right and hit APPLY
This list DISABLES Chrome, Google Assistant, DeX, Edge screen, ALL AT&T crap, ALL gaming related crap, PenUP, S-health, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, and some other minor 'features'. All are easily restored and i will separate this list with descriptors in a few days.

my list is 128 apps disabled. Do not uninstall anything, just disable it.Hey OP does this list work on Android 13? I just tried it and it only found 63 apps to uninstall. So far I still notice a huge difference; I'm just wondering if we need an updated list for the new Android 13 OS. Thanks!

Thanks! I just tried your list and it removed another 73 applications from my phone. The one issue I've found is that it removed my calendar apps and now it appears impossible for me to install Google Calendar, or any calendar app for that matter. Any ideas? I tried re-installing the calendar apps using the APK files that ADB App Control backed up for me, but it's not letting me install those either.my list is 128 apps disabled. Do not uninstall anything, just disable it.
see new list for android13.
Alert#1: dont disable samsund keyboard if using DEX and check apps you need to keep before appling of my list.
Alert#2: use nextdns to block samsung spying, google spying and unwanted ISP apps installation.
add this to you nextdns block list

Did you disable Calendar or straight up uninstalled it?Thanks! I just tried your list and it removed another 73 applications from my phone. Uninstalled it. I figured out that my NextDNS list was blocking the Google Play store. The default Google calendar app still gave me trouble though so I just found another app that works fine.

Here's a full list of Samsung system apps that tells you the package name, what it does, and if it is safe to remove so you can decide for yourself. I don't remember who shared this but I saved it.
