Thanks for the thread. Quoting OP specially if it is long is not the protocol on xda, takes up space and alerts OP often for no good reason if question is addressed at others.

The MIUI default Browser is the worst, every time I edit some file in Total Commander and elsewhere it is given as default option in the popup list and can't unset it.

can you tell me the service responsible for sms messages? I couldn't receive or send any sms.

solved. factory reset and re-uninstalling bloats again.

pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.android.mms

what's the package name for mi messages. i want to remove it.

here's my initial config for 9.3.1 beta & 10.2.2 stable .
i only tested this list for bootloops and reboots, core system stability, dependencies of system apps and drain/deepsleep. did not test any further than that. YMMV
