Debrand with newflasher and strange CDA code, i'm confused

Hi,
newflasher v.13 has support for XZ2 compact DUAL sim?
some guide reports to delete all .ta files in main firmware folder and .ta file in boot folder, and copy ALL files from newflasher folder to firmware folder before the flash.
Other guide reports to copy only newflasher exe file (for use in windows environment) and leave untouched firmware folder without any file deletion

I'm confused , what is the correct procedure?
the xz2 compact dual sim no brand ordered from Amazon has also a strange CDA: 1313-8190 (as reported in amazon datasheet... the phone will arrive this monday or tuesday ), but this cda is not actually reported in xperifirm.
Can you tell me what version it is?

This CDA is a Poland no brand version, updated today to v 51.1.A.4.225 (no debrand necessary).
Really strange though that this code is not listed on Xperiacheck and Xperifirm

Sorry, the code on the box is not the cda: the correct is Central Europe 1 no brand
