damn these skins look good

i always wanted to ed hardy out my touchpad!
ive made a template to try and make my own skins using contact (sticky back) paper.

Haven't used decal skins personally but they are much the same as the paper is concerned, all using the 3M variety. What differs is the quality of the glue on the back so it doesn't peel off when you take your tablet in and out of a sleeve after long periods of time. Same for the phone when it goes in and out of your pocket all the time

I have used Decalgirl skins for years and absolutely love them. Quick shipping, high quality, and EVERY design can be custom ordered for your device. They come in both glossy and matte/satin finish. I prefer the matte/finish. The coupon code GIMME10 is always good for a 10% discount.

Two examples of skins on my Touchpad and iPad 1 below.

I've been using Decalgirl skins on some of my stuff for quite a while - it's really good quality, easy to stick on, stays on without peeling and yet it does come off cleanly when you want to remove it. I also much prefer the matte version to the gloss, worth paying the few extra $ for matte IMHO.

I'm actually trying to come up with a design so that even the wallpaper changes from portrait to landscape, it matches the skin on the Bezel in both orientations.

Yes it's time wasting but i don't really care lol, learn alot from Photoshop doing so

In honor of Father's Day, Decal Girl is selling skins at 25% off. Use the promo code ILOVEDAD to get the discount. Good through June 18.

Got one this week, used the fathers Day code too. I'm pleased with it so far and I install was super easy.

So after a year from starting this thread, I finally got a skin for my TouchPad. I went with armor suit military shield and couldn't be happier. Oh, and I also got myself a touchstone. Best accessory ever.

This one looks very rugged, i will give it a try
Looks rugged but it's just a skin so do expect it to do anything other then protect from surface scratches. That being said Decal girl does have good products bought them for my Wii/GBASP/Gamecube and Ps2 long ago.

Well I dont toss my tablet all over the place so I dont worry too much about that. lol. And I still have my official HP TouchPad case and it fits right over the skin. So if I do take my tablet anywhere out of the house, I use that.
