build 1 still the same, build 2 is working. Thanks :good:
Thanks for the test and for the notice.

So far, it doesn't look like a kernel issue. It looks like recent changes in the build created an incompatibility. That's why it works with the older CM build, but not with the newer one.
Now, in order to confirm this, I will need someone to test this kernel build here with both cm11 20140311 and 20140122 to establish where does the compatibility ends (if it does end somewhere) and so that I can specify this on the first post. Please, let me know.

Thank you. You can stop confirming now. :) I think I know why this is happening. So if you could just try the kernel build posted in my previous post to confirm my theory, I would very much appreciate it.

Still backup... and than testing.

Edit 1: Installed 22/01 with core gapps, setup phone, restart.
After that installed the kernel.
All works fine.

The one here is working with cm11 b-20140311. I don't have a back-up of previous build so i can't test it. Anyone? :D

Thank you, guys. Nice to see that there are still some members willing to help here.

So we can conclude that the latest kernel is backwards compatible after the latest build. Good! I'll update the main page.

Again, thank you very much. Both of you. :)

Later edit: main page updated. :)

This thread is a collection of default kernels for CM ROMs and variants.

I did my best to provide accurate information about each and every version number (even when they were not specified on the original release thread). But, especially for the old versions, I might have been wrong on some of them. So, if you spot any such differences, please, let me know so I can fix them. :)
