Default stock com vs leaked roms?

So I know that there are a few stock roms out there for our phone, the one that comes by default, and the other ones that were leaked in a thread. But I can't find what the difference is between them all? Anyone care to enlighten me and possibly others?

Nobody knows what the difference is between these? I was hoping the leaks had some kinds of improvements over the rom that came with our phone?
