why motorola didn't do this?Copy the zip to the root (no folders) of your sd card.
You must root it first, then install CWM via 2nd init (find it in defy themes and apps forum), after you installed it, press vol down key when a blue led shows up on booting, then using vol+/- keys and power button to select, choose install zip via sd card, choose your downloaded zip, reboot and that's it.
