Defy plus 3g issue

After updating to JB 4.2.2 CM 10.1 nightly by quarx i get problem with telephony layer error message (screenshot attached for reference).
Tried changing baseband settings still no use. Error message popup randomly while using 3g while everything works fine in 2g mode.
Please help

There is a fix somewhere in XDA, i'll post the link if i find it. You can search for it.
