Defy turned off randomly

Hi guys
Last night went to bed and when I woke up my defy was switched off it still had 50% battery and it wouldn't power on until I removed the battery any ideas what could cause this

I'm running 2.2.2 sea15
Vsel are 25 @ 300 , 35 @ 600 and [email protected]
Also running launcher pro Which I've just installed might be the issue but not sure

I'm having the same issue

I'm having the same issue. it happened nearly 15 times till now. switches off suddenly when the phone is in locked state. refuses to turn on until you re insert the battery.

I found that the same problem had been reported by HTC G2 users. Guess it's something to do with android.

I hope somebody will find a solution soon

Well what your vsel settings at I followed the cm7 rc0 which was something like [email protected] , [email protected] and [email protected] it's been running fine so far didn't have a problem for the last 24 hours so play around with your vsel
