delete ressurection remix ROM and install anroid 5.0,how do I?

I own Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005 on which I installed TWRP recovery and then Resurrection Remix ROM.
Now I want to remove/uninstall the ROM and install bare android 4.x or 5.0 which I suppose can work on this particular phone model.
What do I need to do?

Flash firmware via Odin.
See multiple how to posts.
Suggest in TWRP format or wipe.
System cache etc.

You may need to perform a factory reset using stock recovery after flashing the stock ROM.

Install over Odin
Start Handy

what are efs files,where are they located and why do I need to save them?

EFS contain the details OF IMEI .
Flashing has a slight risk of wiping EFS and losing network.

Backup via EFS tools posted on here or TWRP .
