:D :highfive:

I'm running CM10.1 on my Supersonic, Shooter & Jewel :).

I'm just waiting for some news on that 3.0 kernel source and if it's possible to port for our qsd8k device :) :hopeful:.

In progress, very slow, but nonetheless. It's almost like starting from scratch, but not, at the same time.

Hey do you know that "HDR" function does? i click it and the camera spazzes out

That is the built in 'Kill Camera App' function. It's a work in progress so it's best to just leave it alone for now. :good:
(on a more serious note, I have no clue, sorry)

Far from abandoned and unbelievably smooth..... You made the correct choice.

Any inkling what's on the horizon? I've been on this steady without flaw....and contrary to what one dude said last week about using CoD tweaks...they work fine...and I didn't understand why he got the impression that they are irrelevant on jb...

Been running the update for about 18 hours now. Battery is decent and with the usual 'disable animations' and stuff going on, it runs smooth as before. Haven't had many/any reasonable feature requests, so I don't see much more than stock CM coming out of this anytime soon......

HDR stand for High Dynamic Range. Basically, it takes the exact same photo 3 times in quick succession with 3 different exposures. It then combines those photos to make one photo with the best possible quality... I haven't tested it on JB, but uses HDR camera a few times on gingerbread. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.almalence.hdr&hl=en

Even with all the whiz bang features of many ROMs these days, I love nothing more than perfectly stock CM.

Edit: Will update reflect the latest security releases that CM pushed out?

Well, I'll lurk over there then.

Even though I'm running Slim Bean, I couldn't resist this CyanogenMod homescreen... :D

I flashed w/ the newest radio for EVO from your post chrisstl (http://themikmik.com/showthread.php...-01-15-2-16-13&p=174916&viewfull=1#post174916) and 3G is still not working.

I then realized something: when i go to system settings>about phone>status, my IP address is "unavailable" and bluetooth address is unavailable when I'm off my wi-fi network. Could this be the cause of my problem not being able to connect to sprint's 3G data?

Edit: my bluetooth address became available when I turned BT on (duh)... and I also get an IP address when I connect to my wi-fi network.

So my question remains: is the sprint network unable to recognize my phone to grant me an IP address so I can get 3G access? Or does this issue have to do w/ the rom install?
As was already stated, you have to be on a Sprint-based Sense ROM for the refresh signal to do anything. Booting up such a ROM and updating your data profile will fix you right up. There's no way to fix it while on an AOSP-based ROM.

I don't think many people realize this thread moved sections. Bump

Now that this latest build has settled in I gotta say it doesn't get much smoother than this for Jelly Bean on the OG EVO. There hasn't been any reboots and there's zero lag. I've been running official CM10.1 nightlies on my Galaxy Tab 2 for a while and this ROM feels just as smooth!
