Question Deleting all unnecessary Chinese Apps

Does anyone succeed to delete all unnecessary Chinese Apps from Xiaomi Mix Fold 2?
If so, please share the full ADB commands to do so

Yes I had no issues. I kept gallery because I use it. idk about you
pm uninstall --user 0 com.miui.gallery

Just use Google messenger. Way better

I hope there was a solution without loosing all my data. Maybe someone have a way to install back the stock apps?
