Dell Streak rom, and telephone?

I have a touch 4g, but would like a larger screen (vision lol), just wondering if some of the great rom creators will be making 2.3 and or 3.0 roms for the new streak?

also does anyone know if the new tablets can be used as phones also on tmobile (my current carrier)

You cant use Dell 7 as a phone, you can you SipDroid with Google Voice account to make calls on Wi Fi, I also tried inserting my T Mo phone sim card to Dell 7 but it wouldnt work.

You can use SipDroid over Wifi as well as 3G/4G network if you have a data plan with TMobile.
