KitKat kernel source for 3830 is available on Dell's open source site.

For some reason dell uploaded 3830 kitkat kernel source to 3730 folder, none the less the source is for 3830. The source has no information on how to compile it, some info found in source isn't correct.
The source does compile a working kernel, it took me two days 20 compiles to figure everything out. I use the built kernel as a daily driver.
The built kernel is fast and smooth, seems better than the kernel that dell included with kitkat upgrade.
Anyway good luck.
