Today, I had an accident on my MTB and damaged my precious Note 8 N950F/DS beyond repair. If you were to see it, you will cringe. Fortunately, all of my data is on my SD card, and all of my contacts are stored by Google. I bought the phone on ebay at a decent discount, and it woke up thinking it was in UAE. I liked it!

So I ask advice from you fine creatures. What Note year model should I buy that is one or more years back in order to get another great deal? I like stereo speakers, latest OS. and any other features that might be considered cool. But the one feature that I want is dual-SIM dual active, not dual standby. My wife has a S9+ and recently had to either get a company phone with company phone number OR use her personal phone number for both personal and business. I suggested that she put 2 SIMs in her S9+ - until I found out that it is dual standby. Does anyone know if any Note models are dual SIM dual standby?

Nice job for Deluxe 27, very smooth ROM! Rom control dont work (when change some settings nothing happens) or its just on me cos I flashed also s9_wallpapers from Horison 4 rom?

If that "s9_wallpapers" contains a SystemUI, it's normal that DRC doesn't work. Dirty flash the ROM if you want all features working :good:

Dear Abraham, I've been using your ROM happily for a long time now. Today, I downloaded the ROM from Mediafire link, and tried a clean install. Unfortunately, it failed saying that the file is corrupt. Now, I'll have to redownload the ROM again, and I'd be left with a dead phone for 2 hours now. Please consider providing Md5 checksum for your uploads so that we could verify the download before doing a clean install. Thank you!

Thanks mate! I do have backups. It was the failed clean install that left my device unusable until I flashed the redownloaded ROM. Everything's in order now.
